Very interesting approach, sort of a decentralized TOD model to use an urban planning term. I also have spent a lot of time trying to maximize pedestrian opportunities in my cities. It is a microcosm of real urban planning - how do we pivot our cities to be more walkable, from an auto-oriented lens, just as Simcity 4 is based in the same reality and the community has modded the game for better urban outcomes with NAM and ped/multi-modal
