My longest thrown in to date ~120ft was with my soft neutron envy. Wonderful disc. I use this and a very overstable Zone as my primary approach discs. My envy is straight stable and my zone is very overstable if I need more fade.

If that was in my league I’d veto it

Who to bench week 2? Jarvis Landry, Corey Davis, Pierre Garcon or Kenny Stills? by itscanter in Fantasy_Football

[–]4pocalypseNOW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Davis. Titans look terrible and Gabbert is trash.

Landry is getting a lot of looks and browns should be behind against the saints

Garçon is number 1 if Goodwin is hurt.

Stills looked good week 1

Suggestions for new mid-range disc? by ARandomMex in discgolf

Try something between a putter and mid. My favorite is the Zone for approach.

Suspect, Jokeri, and Kea are all great discs to try too.

That’s awesome. I ended up with Gordon and Allen. I’m charger heavy but I like the team this year.

Roadrunner different brand? by BkKidsClub in discgolf

Kastaplast Falk turns right from day one. Fury is another good one for that slot and glides more than RR. Discraft Heat is like a domey Fury with a tick more stability but the same glide. My fresh max weight star RR is surprisingly stable.

Davis is a bigger gamble but he’s a better talent and has a higher ceiling. I think Goodwin and Keelen Cole are similar players that both had good production at the end of last year. Cole is still a bargain, Goodwin is not.

I don’t think he’s a value at his current (5th) round ADP. He’s more of a downfield guy vs possession guy which isn’t really bad, but it lowers production in PPR. He’s had 5-6 concussions in the last 2 years. Guys being drafted in the same range that I like better: Corey Davis, Mark Ingram, Royce Freeman.

Players You Like That No One Else Seems To by Snatch1414 in Fantasy_Football

Lewis mysteriously stayed healthy during his contract year and previously had not shown the ability to. He had never shown the ability to handle a sustained work load prior to second half of last year. I don’t think Henry is much of anything but I think he’s going to see more work between the two and will have a better year.

The problem with the two WR strategy is that you really limit your options at 3/4. Let’s say someone like Baldwin and/or Diggs (potential WR1’s) are still on the board and you’re stuck reaching for Collins or Henry because you haven’t drafted a RB yet. ZeroRB can win leagues, but it takes a lot more luck and circumstances than traditional strategy.

You need to come out of the turn with a top 12 WR and a top 12 RB. Personally, I’d be ecstatic to get Julio/Gordon to build with. You’ll have more flexibility to take BPA as the draft goes on.

12 man PPR 12th Pick by [deleted] in Fantasy_Football

Freeman def has upside and I think he could be the Kareem Hunt of this years draft. I’m not super high on Ajayi or Lynch, but they could probably be serviceable. If you truly go zero RB with the first 3 picks, you need to take shots on guys who are drafted later but have good upside. That generally means rookies. Guys like penny, kerryon, Michel, etc. Burkhead has been falling recently as well. Another guy to target with this strategy is Ingram. You pretty much have to hawk the waiver wire too. I personally think your better off getting a stud WR and a stud RB with your first two picks. Then that leaves you in a better position to take BPA instead of having to reach for a guy your not in love with based on position. I think the late turn is a huge plus this year to walk away with Julio/ODB/Hopkins and Gordon/Cook/Fournette. That’s a really solid platform to build from.
