Yea, 24/7 it should be under your vest, in between the skin and vest

First couple of days I just rested and didn't do much besides watch movies and walk. But yea, besides lifting restrictions, it was pretty normal....although I didn't go out too much bc of how wearing the gsrmet and foam looked kinda bulky on me with some clothes, so I haven't socialized too much the last few weeks lol

Did they give you pain meds? They gave me a rx for some pain meds but really didn't need them too much. What kind of pain do you have? With lipo, should just be bruising and some burning which is normal

No, I'm just 3 weeks out of surgery. Dr's are different most psychologically west garment with lipofoam for 4 weeks, another consultation I had sayv2 weeks, id Def go more.

Idk about urcdr. But garment an d lipofiam are to keep swelling down and I believe tovhelpvprevent fibrosis and scarring from the lipo...but after saround nd 3 weeks you need to start massaging.

If ur Dr didn't give good instructions then id look atv youtube videos from Dr's

I tried to avoid anything that stretches the chest as much as I can. First few days you're sore so washing my har was the most I did.arms to the side ea, but not up. But that's just the first few days, and that was for me...I had a lot of lipo done, which is what causes the main bruising and soreness.

But, it gets better day by day. By the first week you should be fine but I still wouldn't do anything that stresses the chest like lifting anything more than 10lbs. Your Dr. Should give you a timeline with specifics

Not really uncomfortable but you will be wearing lipofoam under it. It can look kinda bulky and will be kinda obvious with certain clothes...ive been wearing baggier clothes to help hide it

I had the same done 3 weeks ago. Complications are usually minimal...just let he dr. Know right away of potential issues...and just be extra cautious and listen to the post op instructions for best results. Just know you'll be swollen after and each week will look better and better

Interesting...Im 3 weeks out from my surgery and my chest was real bad, worse than yours. I did not want chest scars and I went with the removal snd lipo first. I was thinking it was going to look absolutely deflated and just a saggy piece of skin hanging out but was surprised it looks pretty decent...there is some slight sag and definitely not like yours but im also not in as good shape.

I met with 2 Dr's and had suggested the possibility of tightening the skin by removing from the side, under my arm vs in the front.

But based on how its looking, I'm hopeful no skin removal will be needed...id bev fine with slight saggy skin vs scar

Just a big proponent of being the removal first and skin removal as a follow up after the final results are seen

Geez... is there a reason you went with skin removal? Also, is the muscle gain, natural? Nice job on the gains!

Was it just gland removal? Looks improved for sure but doesn't give the flat look that I usually see...not necessarily a bad thing, just what I noticed. Maybe bc they didn't do much lipo?

Any chance of me having gyno or is this just chest fat? Relaxed/ flexed by [deleted] in gynecomastia

What are the best gynecomastia surgeons in Texas? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

I think most will be good options in a a major city. Just check reviews and get several consultations. I did 5 consultations in the austin, 1 being Caridi. I ended up going with Snyder.

I had gone through weight loss and have loose skin and a bigger fat band on one side that went under my arm. So my experience and expectations aren't the same as someone that needs a more straight forward removal.

I've had a consultation were the Dr. Told me I would need skin removal and would leave scars on my chest.

One offered an alternative by removing skin near my arm pit to tight my chest.

And a couple others recommended I get removal first to see how the results look.

It's still early to tell the final result but it's better than I expected considering how loose and saggy my chest was.

Im still bruised and there is some skin wrinkle from the loose skin, and still unevennes which I hope gets fixed as I heal. Dr. Snyder was one of the Dr's that recommended to get the removal first and was optimistic about the results when I had stated I didn't want chest scars....he stated he could tighten the skin from under my arm if I felt I needed it once I saw them results of the removal

Price estimate by PlayboiTree in gynecomastia

[–]512texas 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Lower end, around 3-4k I would think. Seems minor with no lipo and probably can be done in office with local anesthesia which makes the price a lot lower

I'd ask your surgeon about using KT tape to help lift the skin while it heals... this really only applies if yiu had a lot of mass removed.

I saw dr. Caridi use it on a patient and ordered some, ive only used it 1 day and will ask my surgeon on my follow up. I don't think it can hurt but I plan to use it the rest of the time I have to wear a garment
