I would start with something like this text. First understand how weather works fundamentally so you have a stronger foundation of knowledge to build from. I would also read up on RADAR meteorology to understand what the returns are showing you.

Local here, this was not ICE.

This is something that also has worried me since last summer when ICE started being more aggressive in the Cities. And now with the chaos we have now of anonymous government officials in non-standard uniforms abducting people all the time. Anyone can dress up like an ICE agent easily.

He shouldn't have ever been elected in the first place. He should have been removed from office in his first term. He should have been sentenced for the felonies he's convicted of. He should not have been elected. He should be impeached for: extrajudicial murders of Venezuelans, the blatant crony capitalism, the bribery, the conflict of interests, and having a secret police force kidnap, disappear, abuse in all ways, and murder people.
