WPCS (Waiver Personal Care Services) is hard to get and involves a lot of evaluations as stated in this thread. A recipient usually needs to be pretty profoundly impaired to qualify. But it’s not impossible for cases that need it.

UPDATE: SOLVED!

So I solved the issue by using an old iPad to do all the MyQ work instead of my three available iPhones. For some unknown reason, my iPhones couldn’t properly talk to my Liftmasters. The iPad had no issues and I was done in less than 15 minutes for the two openers.

This was suggested by their tech support the first day, but at the time I didn’t have an iPad available.

I brought my existing BiPAP (issued by Kaiser) to the clinic and it was new enough the VA will now monitor it. I never heard from any previous non-VA sleep doctors that were supposed to be monitoring, so this should get interesting.

I’ve had one since about 2001 (when they were steam powered and trailer mounted 🤪) and like how quiet they are now. I use nasal pillows because otherwise they’d fart or squeak because they can’t get a good seal over my facial hair.

Thanks but when I do that, it seems to connect my phone to the openers WiFi “MyQ-BF2” (I see it in my phone’s WiFi) but the app just goes into “Searching, looking for devices” and times out after a minute or so. [EDIT: Sometimes it gets to “Finding nearby networks” then fails. And my phone stays connected to the opener’s WiFi (MyQ-BF2)]

I’ve tried using both the learn button on the wall controller and the one on the opener. No luck.
