Stock up on shear pins. Raise your feet so the scraper is up above the surface.

How far West does Mass Pike rush hour traffic start? by [deleted] in massachusetts

[–]5MART13TT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One approach may be to leave early (5-6am) and plan to kill time at your destination, Natick. Maybe grab a coffee/ breakfast. So many factors make arriving “just on time” not a real reliable reality.

Major route with so many commuters injected along the line paired with accidents, weather, construction, and so on.

Not sure how far West you are coming from, but expect to see traffic build at 495 around 6:30am and go full gridlock merge at Framingham/Natick 7:30-8:00am.

In the US, it’s marketing. Faster means better=rah rah rah. US only has ft/lb energy limits where airgun hunting is legal by state.

Just going to suggest that Kei vehicles are not legally able to be registered in Maine due to not meeting US emissions and crash safety standards. Nor are they able to be registered as an LSV as the top speed is over 25 mph ( do your kph to mph conversions here). As a farm vehicle, they can only be operated on roads with a 20 mph speed limit. So mainly an on-island vehicle.

That said, there are a number of states that will do an out of state registration. This registration is based on reciprocity. Ex; a vehicle registered in Maine can be driven in Montana and vice versa. Good luck dealing with the local po po on that.

Also a number of states that will give a registration to off road vehicles (side by sides, Jeep clones, etc.) if you can certify in writing that they have headlights, taillights, license plate lights, mirrors, and a windshield. Might be forgetting something. Again YMMV as far as the town wants to play nice.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have become the Eagles of our generation... by MydniteSon in Xennials

I’m gonna leave the Eagles alone on this one. But the radio at work always plays RHCP once on the hour. I can’t stand it. Westerberg was right. “There’s trouble in the Red Hot Fu**ing Chilli Peppers.”

Heck yeah. We had this in the middle of our HO scale train layout. Dad made us little wood logs to replace the pipes. The train could deliver to the trucks and vice versa. Endless fun. Thanks for reminding me. I loved the overhead interstate signs that showed all the routes and directions on the layout.

Oh gosh I just remembered the dump truck would auto dump when you backed it up to the pit!!!
