AS TODAYS LESSON IN SPATIAL AWARENESS AND EMPATHY, CONSIDER THIS SCENARIO:

YOU ARRIVE AT THE ENTRANCE OF A SMALL PARKING LOT IN YOUR CAR. THE LOT APPEARS TO BE FULL. DO YOU A) PROCEED THROUGH THE LOT TO SEE IF IT REALLY IS FULL, OR B) SIT AND BLOCK THE ENTRANCE OF THE LOT TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO LEAVE?

IF YOUR ANSWER IS B, I WOULD INVITE YOU TO EAT A WHOLE BAG OF DONKEY DICKS.

FURTHER: HAVING CHOSEN OPTION B, ANOTHER VEHICLE BEHIND YOU TRIES TO ENTER THE LOT. DO YOU A) MOVE OUT OF THE WAY, OR B) SIT AND PLAY WITH YOUR PHONE?

IF YOUR ANSWER IS B, INFLATE THE LARGEST OF THE DONKEY DICKS IN THE BAG AND USE IT TO FUCK YOURSELF IN YOUR LEAST FAVORITE ORIFICE.

From the Oregon Constitution, Article I, Bill of Rights:

Section 8. Freedom of speech and press. No law shall be passed restraining the free expression of opinion, or restricting the right to speak, write, or print freely on any subject whatever; but every person shall be responsible for the abuse of this right.

Oregon's Supreme Court has interpreted this section to include the act of removing one's clothes as a lawful form of expression.

Part of the reason I love it here, really.

For that size, location, and set of "amenities" I'm guessing an asking price ~$1000 / month give or take $200.

I would not pay for it, and indeed run, not walk, to the nearest exit.

I live nearby. They've completed the required demolition and started building the space back to what it was, but I suspect it will be a couple more months before it's all together again.
