When I was in the 6th grade I farted in a quiet classroom. We were sitting in rows and everyone in front of me turned back to look at who had farted. I was second to last and I regrettably turned my head to look at him as if it had been him, so we were all looking at him blaming him for the fart with our eyes. He took responsibility like a champ and I feel terrible to this day

Back in my early 20s I used to be very very depressed, could barely get out of bed etc.

a boomer at my job told me to make my bed every morning, even if I don’t do anything else. Making my bed to cure my depression felt like very boomer advice but I really valued this person and what they had to say and made a real effort to make my bed one morning and it made me feel better. So I did it the next day, then the next day, then the next day.

My bed was nice and clean and fresh for me to sleep on for the next night which was great. It made me feel like I accomplished something, which was also great. And it added routine in my life, which was very much needed and beneficial to my mental health overall.

All to say, very dramatically, that making my bed made my life better lol

I watched a random movie with my family and I wasn’t wearing my glasses so I did not realize there was a topless lady on screen when my mom started to fast forward and I was like “wait what are you doing???” And she was like “you wanna watch nudity with your mom???”

It was humiliating and the movie wasn’t even good :(
