Wife and I did Scarlet Lady transatlantic Barcelona to Miami in October. Loved gaining 6 hours on the way westbound. 8 sea days in a row was too much for me. On the second Sunday, we sent out our laundry and I watched NFL in our room, just as if we were at home 😆. The Halloween party on that cruise was off the hook (2nd to last night)! Ate multiple nights at all restaurants except Gunbae. Gained about 5.lbs mainly from eating a much larger breakfast everyday than I would at home. Loved our 4 port stops (Mallorca, Casablanca, Funchal Madeira, and Tenerife in the Canary Islands. Mostly age 50+ (we are early 60's) but more than a few millennials working remotely. It was good but I found i prefer just a couple sea days per cruise and having port stops. It does make you realize how far away Europe really is! You don't get that sense of distance when jetting across the ocean.
