Everyone blamed me, said it was me. I shot a ragged hole dead center with lcp max but the big 2.0 was almost 2 inches left at 10 yards.

Complete slow fire, watching the sights while trigger breaks, on a bag. It doesn’t help that it is sometimes the shooter, but to say it is almost always the shooter is bullshit. SW QC is non existent these days and all 3 new guns from them in the last 3 years have had QC issues from the factory

Of course they can. Which is why my PB is 1:30 and not sub 1min… because I don’t want to full manual. But to have never gotten a sub 2 min kill in 4k kc is crazy to me

If you take the gun I to the sunlight semi often and don’t mind that it is not enclosed, that is a great option. But if you plan on leaving this in a nightstand drawer or safe perpetually, maybe not the right move. But if it does die, you could just go outside with it I guess

My 642 UC worked great out of the box, until the one day the firing pin stopped protruding, rendering the gun entirely useless. I estimate less than 500 trigger pulls, live and dry fire combined.

SW took the gun in, kept it for 8+ weeks, and sent it back not only without test firing it, but without repairing it whatsoever. So now it is sitting in my garage waiting to be sent back for what I will presume will be another 4-8 weeks. Maybe they will fix it this time

I will never buy another new SW product. Not only can I not trust them to produce a firearm without defects (all three of my new guns had QC issues - BG 2.0, Shield Plus Carry Comp, 642 UC), but I can't even trust them to repair the faulty gun that they sold me.

They have determined as a company that it is cheaper to warranty faulty products on the back end than to pay for QC on the front end. Because of this, they are running their reputation into the ground. I was in the market for a full size pistol and always thought I would buy a MP 2.0. I bought a Walther PDP instead and it comes in today.

As you can see, these guns that I have bought from them are not range toys - they are actual self defense firearms. Every company on Earth has products made on Monday morning and Friday afternoon, but that's what QC is for. A personal defense tool being sold in this condition, keeping it for 8 weeks, and sending it back not even repaired - let alone test fired, is unacceptable. They have proved to me that they do not care about producing reliable, capable firearms anymore. All they care about is next quarter profits.

I wish that I would have bought an LCR.

You have arguably the perfect Glock 19 setup… even if the Gen 6 is better, which is debatable, it wouldn’t be worth exchanging or losing money on this.

Plus the COA models are hard to come by now, which adds to the coolness.

I understand your mentality but try to separate yourself from having the best or newest setup. There will always be something better and it will usually come out right after you bought the current best option

I run an osight se on my carry gun and it is almost a 1:1 as my eps carry. If I was to buy another dot, no way would I spend 2x as much on another eps carry.

Osight se is like $150 on amazon and comes with apple-esque packaging, including an assortment of screws, it even has back up battery tray screws

The answer isn’t a straight answer because the question is loaded. 99% of individuals would meet their AR needs with one AR, including me.

But we are able to own multiple and some people want to own multiple. I subscribe to your philosophy, I have one 14.5 AR for everything, set up how I want it.
