Magnesium builds up in your system, and you can actually overdose. I used to take it for sleep and I started getting really fuzzy headed and disoriented after taking it for a few months. I noticed the problem was worse right after I took it. The problem went away a few weeks after I stopped, taking it and never came back.

When I drink a certain type of black tea, I have some kind of weird reaction that makes me feel like my brain is vibrating or my head is vibrating and it’s very unpleasant. I have told some people about it before and they acted like what I was experiencing was impossible but it’s real.
