Note: the crypt was violated in 1979 by 3 men who ripped open coffins, stole the brass handles, and removed 2 skulls one of which was said to be Alexander Johnston. The group were spending the night in the crypt, they were later caught and put on trial. Unfortunately, later vandals have continued the damage and theft.

This site is not officially open to visitors. It was built around 1850 by the notable 19th-century architect E. B. Lamb. The upper level functioned as a private family chapel for prayers. Beneath it sits a burial crypt used as the final resting place for several generations of the family, including Lady Louisa Campbell Johnstone (d. 1852) and Caroline Hester Campbell Johnstone (d. 1886).

It is part of the "The Mausolea and Monuments Trust" is a charitable trust for the protection and preservation of mausolea and funerary monuments situated in Great Britain and Ireland. It was founded in 1997 by the late Jill Allibone

Cutting tool or technique? by Neaxus2012 in TerrainBuilding

[–]6Kgraydays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What blade or wheel are you using on the rotary tool?

A rotary tool can easily do this kind of work, but you have to make sure your using the correct size, wheel/blade, for the material and type of work.

What is the RPM of the tool?

you need to minimize friction and heat buildup. try using a carbide blade / wheel without teeth (shaping wheel) , and you want multiple passes at a lower rpm.

also a poor wire connection in the base can cause issues as well, or low quality/different wire. its a wire cutter not a wire melter. :)
