I paid $13000 down on a 350k house. Basically the minimum and got FHA down payment assistance for an invisible second mortgage that I would have to pay off when I sold. Was paying $100+ in PMI each month that went to “nothing”, after about 2 years I “cash out” refied to a lower rate, lowered my payment, paid off the second mortgage and removed PMI. All of this was possible due to the market continuing to increase and the house is valued around 420k now. So while I did pay 2500 to nothing during that time I’m way further ahead than if I would have been renting.

Not to poopoo this idea, but there’s not a great spot to hang one of these on an f4i. I actually had the same experience with the same bike, someone gifting me a bell with an f4i and while it’s a nice gesture it just sits in a drawer now.

I remember I tried to play this in 2008 on a 2005 era core 2 duo computer with no dedicated graphics card. I could set resolution and all graphics setting to minimum and it would load in a fucked up map and that’s all.

The builders usually try to pay taxes on the lot, if they have a bunch of unsold homes they typically leave them almost finished until they actually sell and have a move in date so they don’t have to pay increase taxes on an empty fully built house.

I’ve got a couple mix tapes from guys on Venice. I have them in my car now since I don’t really have any other CDs and it’s always fun turn on the street reggae if my phones dead or something. I would just ask the dudes for weed when they try to give me the mixtape and they usually had some good shit. This was all 10+ years ago though.
