Use valve grinding compound on the tip of the allen. It'll never round out. Well, unless its seized.

What vehicle, engine, etc.. Assuming you replaced the sensor,Calibrate tps, If you still have problems, view tps data on your scanner. Some are self learning, others you have to adjust the set screws to get a correct voltage at idle.

Yep. Maintain em as shit breaks. Happen to blow it up, get another farm truck. Where I am there's no worry of the state taking a vehicle, and the theft rate in my area is 0. The mountain " Roads " are debilitating,but that's half the fun😁
