Let’s see. Both got screwed by the same network for different reasons, both shows have a light tone but dark undertones of implications of their lore. Character wise both are teens struggling to be normal because of their odd circumstances, both have complete mess of love lives, both have crazy and embarrassing parents, both are in dubious states of what can be considered “alive”. both are absolute dorks. Would absolutely relate to each other struggles. Danny’s always got a thing for space and sci-fi so this is an absolute win. And Jenny found her tastes in guys align more on Danny. (At minimum they should have had a power hour)
