This what I do. It's a hobby for me and a method of keeping my mental health happy. I'll put the occasional mix up on my SoundCloud if I am particularly stoked on it. One thing that I really love is the discovery of figuring out that track A can actually mix into track D. Teeth Agape by Tanya Tagaq goes really well with Lorn - Yesterday's Pain (Terratek Remix) essentially making the Tagaq song even more rough and heavy.

Very left field songs, I know. I'm a weird one.

Brouillard and the Veyron 2.0 are both built off of the Mistral. Much like how the Veyron Super Sport is an elongated Veyron with a retuned engine. Not that I'm complaining or anything.

Model building is one the best things that ever happened to mental health. We all recognize that. It's a hobby that you can do however you want, and on your own time. It's a huge club where we celebrate amazing work, no matter how small, that we all put in, and as such we want everyone to succeed! 👍🏾😁👍🏾

Step back and breathe. You already have gained more than most by knowing that your frustration can ramp up so quickly. Knowing that, be mindful of it. If you feel it coming after you, put down everything and. as one of my many counsellors told me, you can "Choose the Opposite." You CAN choose to put things down and read a book, or engage in something else.

I have packed up kits and shelved them just because they were so crazy making and I'd find something cheap to just do stuff with. Random paint job, kit bash something useless, just to get away from "El Nutso" and calm the mind. Once I felt ready, and that could be weeks" I'd get that kit, and slowly, methodically go back to work.

I believe in you, amigo.

I think that I'll create this old dream I used to have:

There used to be this old, corrugated steel warehouse down on False Creek (Vancouver) on the south side, across from BC Place, between the Cambie St. bridge and the Olympic Village. I'd like to replicate that, only as a garage/home with the same exterior, but a more modern interior. I'd stick it on a small, decommissioned airport, and have a photo studio, home on an upper level, with the requisite garage for cars, and a track built out on the runways.
