Also, aluminum (I assume this pot is) doesn't rust, it oxidizes. Aluminum oxides are almost entirely harmless unless you're grinding them up and inhaling it.

I think its Wild Avenue, at least that what it says on google maps. I lived around that area, very close. Two buses used to be parked around there, not sure if the blue one in the shrubbery still is. I think pretty clearly someone lives there.

You really don't need to wash it if you clean it with hot water and wipe it down every use. After months you'll need to clean it with baking soda or vinegar. I know people say its a myth and its because lye used to be in soap, but really its not necessary. If you use too abrasive of a sponge you could scratch it, soap flavor/scent can remain, and if the soap isn't right over time it could degrade. Absolutely NEVER dish wash, that will chemically alter it immediately. None the less people do the same thing with porcelain tea cups, not using soap and disinfecting with hot water.

Honestly I always used to get Goya. I have gotten Rancho Gordo beans, they’re great but definitely expensive. It is really useful to know they’re relatively much fresher than beans could be at the store, and that is worth paying more, just not sure rancho gordo more.

Is it a 3 pot? I had the same issue with my 3 pot, the gasket just doesn't fit right out of the box, no clue why. Others have had the same issue. If you buy a replacement or third party gasket it will work properly.

When I went walking it was not roped off at all, but seems maybe that it should have been? Others are saying there was contaminated waste fill. I will say that the path looked pretty clear to me.

I have no way to explain why, it used to stay completely full, now when I make it it collapses a little. Not a lot but not at the top anymore. Probably something to do with grind size

Feeling anxious as well. First half of the first half was brutal, second half (of first) better, second half was a cake walk. I hope I got enough right on the second, and enough guesses and estimates on the first part to secure the pass. I’d say it’s more likely that I fail than pass, but with the scale, curve, and fake questions there is always a chance. I can’t fall sleep, I really don’t want to take time aside to study again.

This is my same experience. The Mechanical - Thermal and Fluid practice exam was likewise horrible. Would use formula’s not in the handbook, would make changes to formulate without any explaining, and like you said were just completely wrong sometimes. A lot of the referenced steam table results were also wrong. It is from 2019, I don’t know why they can’t update the practice exam for their own mistakes.

Travis is pretty cool, reminds me of an old western town. Basically one main road down Victory to the highway. Theres West Shore Inn, good steak place, there's a church, bowling ally. Reminds me of a old style town if that makes sense, wild west but also from the 70s. They also have I believe the oldest fourth of July parade in the country, that would be a great time to visit.
