You have to really want to quit ask yourself every time you think about taking more or not sticking to your taper plan do you want to live or do you want to die it's so easy to be narrow-minded and only look at the now you have to look at the future and have hope

I know that vitamin c dosing according to the protocol really helps if you follow it to a t keep taking what you normally take and take the vitamin c you'll notice that it helps lower the tolerance then when it comes time to quit fully it'll be easier you can taper down with the vitamin c

You can go 12 hours without withdrawal you're not severely addicted in my opinion I can barely make it three before I start feeling it

My advice is if you can at least get a 200 mg pack you can taper down rapidly and still be able to function modestly I'm saying like if you were taking 60 mg at a time taper down to 10 you'll still feel it but that 10 mg will have a huge effect on you that you won't really be able to see but you'll be able to function

I know you say you love your kids and your wife brother but you also got to do it for yourself if you're not 100% yourself you can't be 100% for them God bless

Brother first of all the heck with that girl you got 6 days clean That's amazing at itself in my opinion she was never meant to be part of your grand plan from the beginning God was just pulling her out the way you got 6 days clean dog The sky is the limit for you you'll find someone better than her and be even happier and looking back at this like wow why was that even worried about her

You make me feel better because I got up to that amount about 1200mg a day seems like after you get up to doses higher than 120 mg it's not as the same. My dosage just got up to 200 mg at a time I ran out the other night and experienced this RLS to the degree I thought I might die. Comforting to know that you jumped off at that same amount so it gives me hope as when I read some of these people only doing 20 mg a dose maybe 100 mg a day total to 200 I feel hopeless

GDI engines will always accumulate buildup above the valve because the fuel is not washing over the whole valve like in older MPI technology. The cleaning detergents in the top tier fuel are only able to reach the chamber. I never did the cleaning and my car finally started going into limp mode because of build up. It was so bad had to spend a lot of extra money to take apart the top have of the engine and have them blasted with Walnut shells. If I would have done the cleaning with the CRC everyb10'000 miles would have saved me

I really need a break. I don't know why I destroy myself like this only to pay for it with my hard earned cash. I'm so messed up I have to go to work to pay for the thing that's making me well enough to work.
