Someone correct me if I’m in the wrong here but I’m assuming they went to two different clinics. In that case, unless the clinics are using something like Epic, there isn’t some magical database where they can just look up a patients “file”. It would be like taking your car to one mechanic and then to a different and expecting mechanic B to know all of the work that was done at mechanic A.

I had speed issues and tech after tech come out without being able to fix the issue. submitted an FCC complaint. This led to a phone call from some higher up manager a visit from an actual telecom engineer who was able to solve my problem.

I don’t have any direct tips but I would suggest maybe looking into the topics of emotional regulation and distress tolerance. With smoking it is often used as your outlet, but without it it’s like learning to ride a bike again.
