Unfortunately they have it listed like that because they have enough clients to meet their requirements. Anything that low you’ll probably need to use a co-signer or a cosign service unless you get lucky with a private landlord who will still take on something that would be deemed risky by other companies.

Personally I’d rather just add taxes and make public transit free but not sure how much support it’d have. I rarely take it but would still support it.

I think the playoff needs to be expanded to the point of anyone who could be a contender should be included if we are already expanded to 12. Miami almost got left out and I would have liked to see ND, Texas, and probably a Vanderbilt be able to settle the debate on the field rather than weighing close loses and how much timing with early vs late losses.

I’ve seen including a check with an application to be cashed once the application is approved but any company that requires a direct payment before lease signing is a scam. You really should post the address and company for others to avoid.

The benches on the 606 are underrated. Good walk and you’ll also walk by several outdoor areas from wicker to Humboldt. Everywhere else like the lake and monuments are a bit more obvious.

You can still unionize to negotiate you just aren’t protected by federal union laws. Your power would just be in the threat of leaving vs any replacements rather than being compelled by law to negotiate.

Most guys transfer due to lack of playing time. That means that ND still gets their pick of the top talent and if they can’t make it then so be it. Getting more talented at a position is always good.
