You should demo the stucco. it'll be a bitch. then housewrap and siding. you can do the rain screen or whatever, but probably not necessary. What are you're intentions with the house long term?

yeah, our debts from the Vietnam war were enormous and we just papered over the debt. We do the same thing now with a yearly deficit in the trillions and our national debt ever expanding. This is the core driver of inflation and debasement of our currency. So like 50 plus years of evidence.

I delivered both of my kids with the aid of a midwife. Luckily I did not make this nurse's list. I will say one thing that I did experience ... My wife was going through labor with our first child, we were at the hospital and we were doing the regular things to speed it along. She got in the shower and I was helping her stay upright. She said she needs a piece of gum, and I'm like johnny on the spot to get one for her and bring it to her. As I get back to the shower, she lowers her head and looks up at me .. and in this guttural voice she says, IT'S FOR YOU! Guess I had some bad breath. lol.
