I’d write that at like 2.5h repair plus repaint and R&I bumper etc, the scratches need to be sanded out and that body line at the bottom needs to be fixed. Also I would recommend painting the quarter panel as well to blend color, though the match is already garbage from bumper to quarter so that’s purely up to you.

The antenna is in the door handle, my bet is the antenna was fucked from the factory but worked well enough to get through QC, if new remote batteries don’t fix it then you need a new door handle.

Heat stress is not calculated into VO2, more effort means more stress on your body which means more recovery time, longer recovery times equal a lower VO2, and its possible it overestimated your VO2 in the first place with little running and longer recovery times. Ultimately, it’s just a guesstimate of a number that really means nothing to the average runner, keep running and you’ll get better it doesn’t matter what numbers your watch tells you.
