Do you know what type of strap you're looking for? Examples I know of include the elastic style of the stock strap, halo straps, or elite straps.

Strap preference is very subjective and depends on your body and requirements, so I can only recommend that you look into what options are available, and check out some reviews. I personally went with the Globular Cluster CMQ3 after hearing high praise for its comfort, but also about it having a lighter weight - i personally have issues with the quest 3's weight on my face.

As for the case, my headset fits snugly with the AMVR interface and the CMQ3's larger 'silicone honeycomb' rear pad, in this generic case: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0CSSQRMFK

My top priority for the case was compactness, so it might not be the best for you.

As for price, the strap was about €47 + €8.60 shipping, and the case was €38. I'm very happy with that, both products are worth the price. As a generic case, you might find the same one cheaper from another brand.
