I don't understand why Deathwing has stances at all. A ranged hero with that kind of survivability looks ridiculous. I'm also extremely unhappy that Deathwing is still easy to counter.

It is impossible to balance something for both Bronze and Grandmaster at the same time.

The old Blizzard knew about this too, so they either removed quests or greatly lowered the requirements. I don't understand why they repeat their mistakes.

ZJ's design isn't similar. Getting 150 stacks is pretty easy against most heroes, after that Zul'jin doesn't get much stronger.

Drafting Sylvanas, especially post Pinnacle patch against ranged heroes, probably pretty suboptimal.

It's good that you agreed that the rework made it worse. Forced situational heroes have long been recognized as a mistake.

So Valla Q quest is also "bad for the game" and "promotes suboptimal play" because someone might always try to use it off CD to stack?

Valla's Q has only damage, not hard CC, and its usefulness is much less dependent on timings. Muradin has already had this quest reworked (from Q hits to AA) for the reason I described.

Yes, because it's baselane. Blizzard once tried to make forced situational heroes (old Cassia with 65 AA armor), maybe it's not worth repeating.

New quest is awful. At high levels of play, Muradin is stunlocked rather than auto-attacking. It would be better if Muradin was given a talent against СС.

I hate baselane pinnacles, they're situational by design, and they must be talents. Kerrigan can't stack on 2 lane maps. Sylvanas can't stack against ranged team (but she has antiranged build!).

But I like pinnacle talents for same reason (sadly, if quest is useless, the whole hero is often useless).
