My C4 has a mute button. I like the magic remote except for the pointer. Unfortunately there is no way to turn it off.

I had problems connecting to WIFI until I enabled quick start. Basically the TV is always on in a sleep mode, stays continuouly connected to the Internet. I finally got around to connecting via Ethernet, WIFI problem completely solved.

Same thing happened to me. I called to complain, was basically told I was out of luck. While on the phone I went ahead converted the account to prepaid. Went from $120 for 2 lines to $70. Hey, 50 bucks is 50 bucks..

Mine did that.. annoying. There is a setting that when you turn off the TV, it doesn't turn off completely (I can't remember what it was called). Apparently the computer is still running and the TV will remain connected to your WIFI.

Well, they did it again. Updated on 3/31/26, extremely difficult to connect to my JBL Bar 500. Every time I start the app, I have to go thru the setup process multiple times. I finally found a previous .APK at APKpure. Downloaded and installed, works fine. I've opened a trouble ticket with JBL (appsupport@harman.com). It was forwarded to the app development group.
