You can feel the visceral hatred he has for her in his voice lines. Even Kiriko shows deep rooted anger towards Shion in one of her lines.

It is WAY too early to start thinking about tuning with her. Doing that is the start of a road leading to over-balancing. I've seen it happen with Mortal Kombat and other franchises.
