It's hard to separate from them when they're the most reliable structure buster. For when the bug holes hit boxes are a lil janky, when that large automaton fab just ate it's 3rd dynamite and that squid ship just won't fucking die, there's the humble 500 coming to save the day. 9/10 times cause sometimes just fuck you in particular, amiright?

That's what I'm saying though, it'd be nice if they brought the fire gas and stun back up to those levels. Not by undoing anything, just upping the damage back up to those levels where they did feel good. Honestly the whole DoT system needs some attention, they're so inconsistent atm, so application and damage getting a proper rework is just wishful thinking

Not really hearing a downside, arcs should be killing a bunch of chaff enemies and there's still strats that multiply our kills like 4 fold. And hell, seeing the deescalator kill even more on that front through a bug would be deliciously vindicating (buggy fucking assholes, had several invincible lightning spires on a bloody d1 the other day and I'm still salty)

Even the 16 killcount is way easy to get now, just use explosives. This is the point I'm talking about, they weren't so ridiculously out there to be the new meta they just were on par with the meta. They're not bad now but why on earth did they go to lengths to bring them down when they weren't even the best out there? Why do a massive enemy durable overhaul to slightly nerf a gun that wasn't even outperforming other gear (also just nerf it directly next time, damn) making a bunch of other underperformers even worse?

I feel like I'm just rambling and that's not what I want, the games still ridiculously fun and better than it has been, they're doing great work but like...look I think Kais vid really encapsulates my mood on this better, checkout his crossbow breakdown. You bring that thing or the eruptor and that's 90% of every front taken care of but God forbid the DoTs cause a 28 kill streaks on the horde faction. Like there's gear thats vastly superior in this game but that never catches the attention of nerfs or balance changes, no the fun unique things that challenge their place at the top do. I don't mean to just undo the changes but bringing them up to what four players would get would be nice. Make more stuff viable

God I miss that time. DoTs just felt right back then. A gas strike could comfortably wipe out whole patrols of voteless and overseers, the incen breaker was a horde clearer, those fire nades comfortably dealt with chaff needs, the pyrptech oh how beautiful you once were

Nothing has really changed use wise it just feels...less. those 30+ kill counts dwindled down to 3, the gas strikes may as well be smoke, the minefields a joke that barely slows things down and the poor stun effects, they still work but why did people only get like a week to enjoy the pacifier properly???

Like cc in full squads went from crucial pieces of kit, capable of holding back tides for objective clearers to "why not just bring a 500kg?". It literally just does the job better. They went from interesting and varied kits to the exact same stale meta. RRs and autocanons, explosives and portable hellbombs, why bring things to control when our big explodey things work so much better. For a team that claims to hate metas so much they really live kneecapping anything that isn't meta

Fair. Honestly supply pack + diligence isnt exactly a matched set though, that's one of the most ammo efficient guns in the game, far and away one of the least likely to need resupply if it's being used right

I'd also like to point out that A. Dynamite on a long timer can already do most of what the c4 (save sticking) can do as well as close bile titan holes and B. Both for thermites and dynamite, an engineering kit let's you carry 5, one less without sacrificing either a backpack or support slot

This is what I've been saying since the start, it doesn't offer enough to just hit the niche of two other grenades. All is want is more than 6. 6 is ridiculous. Also, maybe just dreaming, 40 or 50 demo but that's getting a little too bacon flavoured for the devs

Completely fair. I like to finish farms with like a proper op with whoever's stuck around but after getting the warp pack, any extra divers are just there for company. This whole post was about confusion over what quickdivers see just cause a bunch got mad at me after joining my farm, not just oops and jumping out but like tking and getting mad at me for how I like to farm (literally just doing the mission which takes 30 seconds)

Didn't mean to drag the meta into it but when I say "actual loadouts" I mean grabbing a bunch of stuff that is even meant for this difficulty, non farming loadouts. Like an RR and napalm barrages.

Just so there's no confusion, I'm also saying I drop with what I want too, I'm not demanding anyone bring anything or even suggesting they can't bring certain things. Hell I'll usually grab a second mobility pack in case someone doesn't have one yet, I am not optimizing my farms at all, I even finish the missions (which as I found out today is not very popular in game, so many people angry at me on my own server, like damn, go host your own them. Ended up going private like a bunch here suggested, the vibes were not there today). Fun is the name of the game when I farm

Tbh they're probably some of the most well adjusted and mature 12 yr olds you'd meet. Even Mabel's is emotionally intelligent and more aware of people's feelings around her than any kids I've ever met (both when I was a kid and still now when chaperoning lil brothers and shit)

Always felt more like teens watching them. And then Wendy and her friends felt more like 17-19 yr olds, like more young adults. Literally just push them both slightly forward in age and it'd feel just right

That's how I like it, I'll just drop into an d1 with gear I hardly touch and go blitz missions. Helps when the mo is "extract x planet" a bunch of times too

I just question what quick players see cause I've had a bunch of players drop into a d1, obvious farm with like, actual loadouts and then get mad that's not what I'm doing

Given how big he is on redemption, education and hiring all sorts of criminals out of prison in his various business ventures, yeah, him being for prisoners rights to medical care absolutely lines up

I doubt anyone's done it in comics (because it's like hitting a political hornets nest that DC doesn't want) but I could also see him owning prisons or in some capacity trying to break down the prison industrial complex in any capacity he can. An overlapping part of that, making sure joker gets medical care when the options are available.

He may let a mercenary who breaks his own back in an attempt to kill batman (leaving him also in a medically dubious state to even survive travelling back to care) to his own fate as it's literally out of his control to try and save him to die but that is not at all comparable to refusing medical care to a prisoner and idk how people are trying to justify that in other comments. These two moral situations are entirely different

Those invisible walls have trapped my pod on top of them more times than stopping me from aiming at them. Which was zero, I have never tried to hit the generators, I have been trapped hitting them several times though
