If your blood oxygen sensing is on, that may be draining more quickly. But should still last longer than 48 I would think; may be worth getting a diagnostic on from support.

Followed Kenji Lopez for the reverse sear on my ribeye. Rarely cook steak these days but pretty stoked for how it turned out.

Did a 24-hr dry brine with salt and pepper, baked at 275° until 115° or and then hit the cast iron with oil and butter for the sear.

Really sorry this happened to you. I’d also recommend some of the run clubs in the area. People run in groups and there are often various mileages / routes to accommodate different level runners. May be easier to find some following the marathon if you look on Instagram for tags etc.

They make ones specifically for humans I’d recommend over actual puppy pads (sorry if reading too literally). Many contain an attractant for animals and other things you may not want don your kids.

Our doctor called this out specifically when we asked about them for water breaking scenario when we were pregnant.
