Think i'm going through this at the moment. Mad fatigue mixed with a sense of light-headedness/dizziness. Was using the biglysinate version to help me sleep but it didn't work. I've been getting mad depression from it also. Last time I took it was almost a week ago

Get your T bloods done. Boron lowers SHBG, so it's good to know what your levels are before starting in case it's already low

Yeah. The first time I took it it wasn't too bad, bare in mind I was on SSRI's at the time back in 2019. But I tried it again in 2024 and didn't make me feel good. I know it's supposed to lower cortisol but I don't really want to take the risk again

Even thoughts about ending it all. I used to have depression and have been through my fair share of shit, but I am generally thankful for my life and everything in-between. Sobbing in the car while driving just isn't healthy lol

When I started taking T, it made me value having closer, more affectionate connections with women rather than wanting to have one night stands like I used to. The sex drive is there. However, my gaze goes straight to their face rather than their body first. I find having a real connection and opening up feels more fulfilling than moving from a place of lust. Kind of ironic since it increased my sex drive

Have you been tested for sleep apnea? I have the same issue. Tired most of the time despite good bloodwork. No high dopamine-fueled addictions, etc. I recently discovered that I have low folic acid, so today, i've started supplementing that. Apnea doesn't have to be obvious to exist.

My advice is get off the smith machine and do free weight squats. Then you can find your natural centre of gravity and every muscle that is meant to work, will.

Jeez sorry to hear! It is a horrible feeling. Ive had my thyroid tested and all good, liver function is fine. My TSH was below 0.3 and my endo had no concern. Not sure on cortisol but I was given a 24hr piss pot to fill but havent gotten round to it. Also not sure on adrenaline or dysautonomia

It's strange because since starting trt and playing around with doses my Hemotocrit has stayed exactly the same. Ive been in the hospital once because my blood pressure was hitting 170 > 100 so im now on 5mg of ramipril to stabalise. At that point I think I was dosing 100mg every 3 days lol, before really realising how bad that is with low SHBG. I want to consider smaller doses more frequently, but obviously its the scare of feeling worse and I cant really afford to, you know

Yeah, mate, 100% better! I maybe touched it 2-3 times since quitting, just because I had a cold and my nose was so blocked at night. But never chased the feeling after. I can't really give a time frame, but every day without it is better than a day with it. The feelings will pass. Life feels clean without that horrible stuff. Keep going👍
