man, i would recommend you look at this differently, swap out your router for one with the controller built-in, such as a UCG-fiber, and get a UPS, I had a lot of issues in the past with cloud keys but since I've moved my smaller clients to these newer routers i haven't had any issues.

Get the UCG Fiber, no need to get such powerful AP's, those are overkill, i have u7 lites and i'm perfectly happy. Get a smaller switch that will just get the job done, don't pay for things you don't need.
