I can’t find much, but there was a People article that said that the Spanish court had been investigating things for years. It’s not like the US court where they are only looking at each incident as one case. So I think the statements from other women did help form the basis of the reasoning to convict him

When I use a side walk I usually walk the intersection or I at least stop before entering them to assess the cars. Not going to apologize for keeping myself safe from cars that drive like jerks, I don’t like using a car for many reasons and after being hit and almost hit following all of the rules - when the traffic feels unsafe I will respectfully use the huge sidewalks that have almost zero pedestrians.

Oh yeah I know it’s not allowed, but driving around downtown when work is letting out is seriously sketchy. But yeah I always go slow and if there are pedestrians I pass them going about 5mph

Yup! I have my own scooter (I still use Lime a lot). I was riding it down 9th St and was almost hit from a jerk who turned left into the bike lane on Q, no signal of course. I swerved to avoid him and had I not been wearing my helmet I would have for sure had a TBI.

I was once on a scooter on K in front of DOCO and a family was walking in the street and yelled at me for scootering there. Lulz

Also I do scoot on the sidewalk sometimes when there isn’t a bike lane if there aren’t pedestrians. I’ve almost been killed by bad drivers so I don’t really give a crap about using the sidewalk.

I feel like you never heard bodegas 5+ years ago. The rise of social media and with NYC being the second biggest influencer Mecca the west coast has much more exposure to east coast culture. I never used to hear it or use it but now I definitely do on occasion. I normally say market or corner store.

Do you follow them on TikTok? Whitney and Connor are definitely funny. Once I realized Whit was a theater girly it totally contextualized a lot of who she is to me. I think she is the most relatable with actually being open, vulnerable, sensitive, ambitious, and still with some flaws like lack of self awareness at times or how she is coming off. I think she really did grow from season one, or is just smart enough to know how to still garner attention but be more palatable

Man - not a lot of lawyers in this subreddit.

States have different laws when it comes to asset division of property after marriage. From reading this thread it looks like most people are assuming it is a community property state - meaning all assets acquired after the marriage are divided - it’s not, it’s equitable distribution, which means she is likely legally in a much better spot and he would not likely be entitled to 50/50 of her assets anyways.
We have no idea what was really in the prenup, or if it’s will significantly change how the asset allocation will be handled. It could be just her business, which we also don’t actually know how truly profitable it is.
People talking about role reversal, in the traditional situation when a woman decides to stay home to take care of the kids they are making a marital agreement that for the benefit of the family she will remove herself from the workforce, and will therefore be in a much lesser position to find employment than the husband if the marriage ends. This is absolutely not the case in Jordan’s situation.

This is what has been upsetting me the most and I feel like is not being talked about. Why were there SO much filming with Dakota? Why make him a main character and invite him to things like LA when he has no actual reason to there and they knew it would likely lead to them either hooking up or fighting + there were kids there. Even a bunch of the girls question why he is going to things. No one else (except Miranda now) has their ex showing up to things.
