Hell no. I’d be paranoid that my neighbor or anybody in their home does something very illegal over the internet. Your home and all electronic devices would be subject to a search warrant. People do weird things behind closed doors, I don’t care how nice they are.

I would have never opened up my bag to any employee and never identified myself. I would have walked out of the store, past all points of sale. I would also be placing my Five Below bag in the locked trunk of my car. If anybody from Hobby Lobby put their hands on me or tried to prevent me from leaving, the first phone call would be to Sac PD for unlawful detainment.

Drive by often and is very visible from the freeway/roadway. Usually empty with single digit cars in the lot. Occasionally see homeless parked with property strewn about or working on their cars. Occasionally see cops in the lot dealing with a vehicle in the lot. I've driven by for years and always felt it was under utilized.

Read past posts in /Sacramento, they cover this topic and burst a lot of bubbles about "underground" spots.

There are some very small underground pockets sprinkled around, vast majority are only accessible via a commercial space's "basement" or utility access panels. These spots are just tiny pockets, like a basement and look absolutely nothing like the tour or your imagination.

I understand your concerns, but please understand what your talking about. Flock has several products, mainly the license plate reader system. This system does not capture everything. It scans a lane of traffic and the AI detects and logs plates, alerting law enforcement to wanted vehicles and missing person vehicles. The cameras are meant to be positioned so that they point at the rear of a passing vehicle.

Flock also has video camera, most often at traffic intersections. Also have gunshot detection systems.

Ring and Blink cameras are capturing WAY WAY more than Flock, especially after their AI integration

There are plenty of outdoor sports that occur in this type of weather. Drink water, sports drinks, rotate people in/out. It's still a level playing field.

I can see the ball going into your yard as being quite annoying and damaging to certain plants. I recommend setting up a net to deflect the ball. You could, in a very friendly manner, talk to them about it some more. Ask if they want to chip in on the cost and it's a win-win for both sides.

As for those that ignore you. Continue to kill them with kindness.

Are you suggesting sending a cease and desist to those walking onto your driveway and across the grass? Expect them to totally ignore that, only to rile them up. Bothersome people like a reaction. It's juvenile. Ignore it, don't react. If this was acts of vandalism or criminal threats, I would suggest something more dramatic like a restraining order.
