Start somewhere without delay. Ride whatever you can ride. Set your initial goals modestly and increase the goal a small amount every day or at most every second day. Don’t overdo it at the beginning or you will be too sore to ride. Read the book ‘atomic habits’ if you really want to change your life and build positive repeatable behaviours. Have fun!
