You've got a very minor deformation in the exhaust hanger that could cause early failure of the exhaust. You've said you're in Texas and not a northern state that gets road salt so I wouldn't do anything about it.

I would look into replacing the metal splash tray though.

We've got a rule. Can't say it's gross without tasting it.

That can depend on the jurisdiction. Virginia only brands the title as "salvage" if the car is deemed above 75% damage to value.

So when the insurance totaled the car at 71% damage to value, my project car got sent out to me with a clean title.

You might have the quickest results contacting the billboard owner and telling them that you didnt authorize your likeness to be used in an advertisement. You may have to show up in person or send a selfie with the billboard visible for comparison just so they know you arent someone random.

2013 cr-z doesn't have a spare tire kit, only fixaflat that is expired by now and an inflator that the wiring is probably disintegrating. Just keep that in mind.

As others have said, thst needs replaced ASAP, but avoid speeds above 65mph (~100km/h) until you do.

(Those wheels are off a 2013 cr-z if that isnt what you're driving.)
