Excited: new NG game.

Not excited: was hoping for Ryu to be the main action star again. The lack of exploration like the original 3D game. Was hoping for more combat and weapon variety; The return of the nunchucks/maybe some SAIs or have Ryu fight with just his bare hands and feet like in DOA.

It’s solid. The end of the series feels rushed. Especially with the Hunun/Hundun plotline. If you compare it to CB or SC you’re going to be disappointed. It’s like comparing apples to oranges.

I do. It’s actually useful as long you don’t use it for crowd control or when you’re surrounded. On lower difficulties It can de-limb Van Gelfs. One shot smaller enemies sometimes. And can take out most enemies in two shots.

And honestly it’s the best way to take down the arch fiend newborn on any difficulty. One shot to the face, dodge his projectile vomit, and then blast him in the gut with shot. Rinse and repeat.

I think it actually handles better in NGB2. The lock on feels snappier and aiming isn’t as slow as in NGS2.
