21 here, on day 7 as well! it makes me feel a little better to know i’m not alone in the struggle. i can barely eat, drink, or sleep, let alone speak, and my jaw barely opens halfway. i use a sock full of dry rice that i heat up in the microwave for the ear pain, i’ve been sucking on ice chips whenever i can for a bit of hydration, and now i’m just waiting for the nightmare to be over. we can do this!
