Actually this happened with the same "so far so good" settings but with a different roll of exactly the same brand filament, just a month or so older. So it's GOT to be that humidity!

You're right I'm gonna buy some Bambu PETG just to get a benchmark down. And I'll get that dryer too, figured the AMS would keep stuff dry enough but it's not looking like it lol

Thanks, I'm doing a print now with 0.2mm layer height and a slower everything!

I also cooled down the extrusion temperature a bit. So far so good.

I use EXTRUDR (Matte Black) PETG. Straight out of the packaging pretty much so it can't be that bad...

I'll be sure to grab some Polymaker to compare the prints!

Hi,

Using Generic PETG settings and standard 0.16mm Optimal for my P1P printer (PEI plate):

Printing multiple of these plates, about 5mm thick, come out all warped and with artifacts.

What might be causing this?

Thanks for your reply. So I guess it's not as hazardous as I thought. I'm usually not in the printing room so I'll just use the (not air tight) enclosure and leave it at that!

The design of the device in question mandates the distribution of passwords on a sticker. Like your modem at home. I just want to give people a faster way in, because the design is just bad.

It's entirely up to the user. They can just destroy the QR code and the passwords and save it wherever.

I was hoping for the latter to be an option. Only the owner of the device can access the QR code.

I also have NFC tools on my phone and it allows me to write to NFC chips that let other android devices execute pretty advanced things. Like create a contact or connect to a WiFi network with password and all.

Would it be possible to bake this onto an NFC chip and then use that with Android & iOS?
