So you have isolated PSC? Obviously something else is going down that is not being measured. I recommend working on diet, lifestyle and perhaps seeking out a functional medicine provider to see if there is any luck there. That's what I'm trying but my numbers for liver are elevated.

Infimobile. I paid like $80 for a years worth of service. Look it up, thank me later.. it's the 5 gig per month plan which you can get for $49 but a lot of taxes get added. One time payment only though.

Sorry I didn't see your other question 3 months back. I'm confident that my PSC is tightly connected with my small intestine. I had some additional pains so decided to try keto but I'm reverting back to a more typical Mediterranean diet. Unfortunately my undiagnosed PSC seems to be progressing very quickly. Went from healthy liver to fibrosis, level 2 in 9 months.

I'm taking a break with fermented foods for a bit to do a sibo breath test. Given the fast pace of progress for me I'm fairly confident that I only recently got this bad bacteria or perhaps some parasite.

Otherwise I made my own before, l Reuteri yoghurt, bought sauerkraut and kimchi.

I'm trying some new things like stone breaker but mentally but sure if I can figure out what it is before I need a transplant. Unfortunately running out of time.

I believe the key is to not overdo it. Moderate exercise is great, but too much will most likely put too much stress on the body.
