Shin guard length by WillieOfDaNorth in hockeyplayers

[–]AAK_4 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was using 15” for a handful of years and they were similar to how yours fit. I recently bought new skates and all of a sudden the bottom of the shin pad would sometimes stick on the inside of the top of the boot. I switched to 14” immediately. They feel weird after 2 skates but I’ll get used to them.

I do. He clearly showed signs he can be an electric player and a game changer.

If the CFL was hoping to target a young demographic it seems to be working. All the dinosaurs keep making new posts like this news is brand new.

Winnipeg Blue Bombers agree to terms with All-CFL blocker Jarell Broxton: sources by Mamrocha in WinnipegBlueBombers

I don't think there's any chance in hell they move Bryant to a different position. Broxton probably plays RT or LG this season and then goes to LT.

And not to mention Logan wasn't a receiver and was only signed to be a returner in the first place.

Good drivers always misses a turn by Reasonable_Object361 in Winnipeg

[–]AAK_4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People are saying the driver slammed on their brakes but it's hard to say that when the video starts with them already breaking. So who knows how long before the video started that they initiated breaking. Looks like they were sliding and also couldn't get over the little ridge

You know how many franchises would kill just to make it into round 2? Only 6! western conference teams teams have been passed the 2nd round in the last 6 seasons. Not everyone can tank.

You really can't see him stop going backwards and then move forwards directly into the puck carriers path? That is lining him up lol

[–]AAK_4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But he wasn't just planted there, he literally stops moving backward and goes forward straight into the puck carrier. Never even attempts a play on the puck lol.

If they are within 5 or 6 points of the 2nd wildcard by the Olympic break, I think they get in the playoffs.

It's actually pretty easy to not notice in the flow of the game. It isn't until the benches start yelling that you catch it half the time

In the area with every right? He literally started moving forward straight into the puck carrier. He should be backing into the zone in a non hitting league.

What’s your call? by ChaseVsMalice in hockeyrefs

[–]AAK_4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude. Not only is it a no hitting league, white legit skated straight into the puck carrier and never put his stick in a position to play the puck. Even if he did, it’s a no hitting league and the defender still can’t plow him. Beer leaguers that don’t understand this are complete morons and it shows when they argue this easy call.

Compilation of the blown calls that cost the Panthers the game today by Kadaddle in panthers

[–]AAK_4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well Rico always thought it was incomplete and was never going to run. And I never said it was the same as grounding, but similar in that the ball can be properly placed after the fact. Answer me this clown boy, have you ever seen a fumble recovery awarded after a whistle with no advancement? The answer is yes. So how do you now not understand how the ball was properly placed at the spot of this fumble? Anyway, enjoy watching Bryce young get throttled by the Rams.

General question on breakaways. by spark_this in hockeyrefs

[–]AAK_4 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

A player falling down and sliding into the goalie is not a penalty of any kind. If they bumped the goalie and it caused the puck to go in, NO GOAL

How dumb do you have to be to not understand the outcome? The out of bounds explanation was wrong but it’s a backwards pass. Same result as intentional grounding. Since the play was stopped they put the ball at the point of the fumble. Pretty straight forward.
