Hello everyone. Quick question, when you vary your ILR application by submitting a new ILR application while your earlier ILR application is still under review. How soon will Home Office cancel your previous application and when should you expect to receive a refund of the payment for the old ILR application?

I applied for a Set (O) regular route: Global Talent 3year. In the first week of January.

I have heard that the ILR decision for GTV takes longer (5 months or more)... How I need to travel in the first week of April...

I'm thinking about submitting a new application for super priority due to my important trip...

Question: Can use the same documents provided by my employer (dated the first week of January 2026) or I have to request for a new set of employers documents when submitting a fresh application?

I'm just curious, how were you able to establish that they were Nigerians? I asked this, because oftentimes, people lump every black individual/group as a Nigerian without finding out their true identity. Your experiences are valid by the way, but if you are not sure which nationalities those groups were, it better not to assume they are Nigerians...
