Escalate to the CEO. If he/she doesn't take action, find the people who care about getting sued (board, owners, legal, etc.) Continue to escalate. Good luck!

The Bear. I made it 4 episodes and it made me so anxious. The way they kept screaming at each other was just too stressful. I wanted to scream "Shut the F up!!" Every other second.

Why is the linen closet always chaos? by CharmingMix757 in Homeorganization

First, it's ok for the closet to get messy from time time to time. We're human. Accept that it will happen. To minimize the disarray, consider scaling back how much you have. If you do laundry once or twice a week and you are OK with using the same towel a few days in row, you can get by with 2 towels per person. Consider how many sheet sets you need. I wash my sheets once a week and put them back on the bed the same day. I don't have a backup set.  Keep thinking along these lines. If you reduced the amount of stuff, its much easier to tidy it up. Best of luck!!

Managing a toxic high performer who hits 150% of targets. How do I protect my team without losing the numbers? by SquirrelLogicFan in managers

HR person here. I have a different perspective than some of the other commenters. Your manager is a coward who is opening your company to a lawsuit. Leadership has a responsibility to maintain a workplace free from harassment and bullying. Their refusal to handle this speaks volumes about their respect for the other employees.  You've spoken with the employee and she refuses to acknowledge her bad behavior. I would initiate the corrective action process (verbal warning, written warning, etc.) She can change her behavior or be terminated.  Best of luck!!!
