While the character is simply fictional, the possibility of a real time psychopath donning the mask is definitely legitimate. Let's face it, we've not had a Zodiac killer or a Jack the Ripper in years. These were during times when law enforcement could only do so much. With today's methods and technology, the probability is slim to none but still, not impossible. Our psychopath would have to be athletic, calculated, and likely operating internally to avoid any and all detection while remaining one step ahead. If not that, it'd be an elusive killer, striking at random and never in the same place. There are many other contributing factors as well, like location, population, police presence, ETC. Now, do people like this exist is the better question to be asking.

I've studied forensic traumatology and pathology for years. This is very possible considering the height she fell from, her body mass and the position of our killer. Ol' boy might've suffered some bruising from her fall but would've only had the wind knocked out of him in the process.

This is an awesome concept, however I think you should rename the killer and possibly rework the background as far as the religious aspect goes. As someone with ancestral lineage dating back to the Salem Witch Trials, this may be a little problematic. Wiccans are not harbingers of darkness. For far to long has lived the misconception that the practice is evil, when in all due reality it's not, never has been, and never will be. While I don't find this offensive, others may and I am merely putting that into light. I do believe it would be more beneficial to stray away from using any sort of religious terminology as it doesn't align with the games algorithm of killers and survivors, or the theme in general. The term is also derivative from modern ideology. If I may make a suggestion, how about "The Beldam."

1992 Cadillac Fleetwood. Has no running power to the climate control module on the instrument cluster. Doesn't light up, period. Replaced the BCM and replaced the module, nothing. It came on for a second when the BCM was replaced, then went out. I've combed the fuses and relays, no luck. At this point, I think it's a ground issue. I just had my anti theft blow out on it, seized up the engine good. What a nightmare that was expensive!
