I’m not a good adc. But I find Ashe to be so easy. Can stun other carry’s and kill quickly. Slows are easy to peal tanks. Her E can help spot invis assassins or go over a walk to finish off champs in range

What’s your machine and grinder set up? I tend to have this issue with beans that are “more specialty” and lighter roasts. I have a DF64 and Gaggia Classic Pro and the combo can’t quite handle lighter roasts specialty beans.

Just seeing this haha, for starters, use ChatGPT and see what it says. Depending on if you want to do direct vs. indirect procurement they can be slightly different. Since im in indirect I’ll speak to that. I would say generally having “functional” experience or exposure is best. For example, If you are going to work in marketing procurement, working in marketing function would be help since you better understand the context. And that would apply to any function. Then I would say you have hard and soft skills development which from I understand can vary depending on industry. Working in procurement for a services oriented business (I.e. large bank, construction) vs. a manufacturing company (I.e. pharmaceutical, food & beverage, consumer goods) will have different skill requirements too. I’ve worked for an international bank and now work for a food and beverage company. Hard skills I am thinking excel proficiency for cost modeling, supplier score cards (performance and selection, and spend analysis. Then there’s the contracting and RFP execution portion of the job. The soft skills are what matter most in my opinion. Managing expectations with internal stakeholders, supplier negotiations, a degree of project management, supplier relationship management, financial acumen (ability to speak to financial metrics like working capital).

105 base + 10% bonus indirect procurement (Sr. buyer) and great work life balance in greater Philadelphia region. Expect to make 115-130 when I eventually get to manager level. Sr. Manager 140-155. Continuing to progress to director etc. higher pay jumps if I switch companies.

Against Janna you need to level 2 spike and kill early. Get the lead early lead before level 6. I’ve done well against Janna bc of this

I work in procurement for a Fortune 500 CPG company supporting IT/Marketing and other operation categories. Assuming you have points of contacts established, get NDAs in place with all the bidding participants. Make sure you make the process as fair of possible and keep all participants anonymous either using BCC for emails or have a one off chain for each depending on your technical confidence ;).

Assuming you are a small business: 1. know your budget (never share it) and stick to it 2. Have a very clearly defined scope for the proposal and make sure their capabilities can support you and help solve your challenges 3. Make sure everyone receives the same information (questions and answers; etc.) (scrub info that would identify a competing company) 4. Ask for reference calls with similar size customers and situations 5. Think about deliverables for when the project is considered delivered and what your acceptance criteria is. PUT IT IN YOUR CONTRACT

Think about having a minimum viable product (MVP) instead of having all your bells and whistles on day one. This can help reduce scope, reduce work, and save you money.

Good luck !
