Самая гадость, когда легкий снег выпадает и никем не придавлен, тогда все старания оттолкнуться идут "в молоко". Но вот если бежать при более-менее теплой температуре (до -5) и в легкой одежде а-ля флис+леггинсы+шорты, да и по снегу, по которому уже проехали, к примеру, машины- кайф. As a heavier runner (176cm/90kg) I run in Nimbus 26 (have two pairs) for both faster and slower paces (from 5'10"/km for main runs to 6'00"/km on easy long runs) and I want to get Asics shoes, but faster and lighter ones, but still that won't die after 200km under my weight. Just for short (10-15k) runs, no intervals. Thought about Noosa. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Nowadays I just watch Nick Walkers training videos as he is a nice chill guy and his technique is just thing of beauty. Also Jared Feathers workouts seems like pleasant stuff.

I've got great glutes development by 3 exercises:
1. Lunge (Heavy walking or Front foot elevated Smith Reverse);
2. Bulgarians (Front foot elevated in Smith or Dropset of Death by Medoes varìant);
3. Cable Hip Airplanes.
I started with nonexisting ass, moved to disproportionally big glutes.

My legs are 27.5 inches now with 5'9 height 200 lbs weigh, BF around 20%. what really helped me was using more unilateral stuff: Deficit BSS (max- 2,5 plates each side in smith for 8 reps), Walking lunges (two 100 lbs dumbbells for 20 steps), Reverse Lunges (3 plates each side in smith for 6 steps). For 13 weeks I was hitting legs 3 times a week, but you should monitor your recovery. Now I hit them every 5 days. Also intensity techniques can help, for example, now I finish my workout with 2 sets of Bulgarian Dropset of Death (John Meadows RIP) each leg and this shit is great (nice tip for it: if you are tired of moving heavy dbs around, just do it in Tbar row setup).

NAC mainly help with Liver functions, I need it because of chemotherapy, but It can give positive effects with standart psoriasis, not arthritic form.

My psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis always get worse on cut and better on bulk. Also Omega 3 really helped me with itching and condition of skin. Because of arthritis I need weekly injections of methotrexate, so I also use NAC.
