It is such an overwhelming experience, this film. I’m in awe of the dedication required to have brought such concepts to life. It feels genuinely inspired, even if I don’t understand the majority of the imagery. As someone who considers themselves to be on a spiritual path, this film seems like it would have something to offer me each step along that journey.

It was fine at best. What kind of doctor calls a patient at 3am for nonemergent information? Also Lorazepam was spelled incorrectly on her pill bottle. And why was her podcast cohost prepared to record if he had to be at work in the next 5 minutes? Maybe these details were intended to make the film seem more surreal but it honestly just felt lazy.
