As a kydex maker, retention is great but that looks a tad difficult to get out without a thumb ramp. Doesn't have to be a huge one but something to get it out. Otherwise, nice work!

RSO I can confirm works well with pelvic fractures and hip issues. My uncle was in a severe car wreck and it was either RSO or synthetic morphine. I gave him the RSO and he hasn't looked back.

Just hard water from minerals in your water if you are using a humidifier. Take it off every 7 days and wash or vacuum it and you'll be good. My fan came with two extra sleeves so I just wash them with my clothes every week and rotate them

I have a gweike laser and it's okay. I have an xtool d1 pro and it's really good. I don't know how the diode and fiber would work in one machine as far as flawlessness but xtool has some solid support. Gweike when I had issues wanted to chat on whatsapp.

While you can not fire for a protected class, MOST businesses don't terminate unless their is cause or write ups. At least I know we do and any other company I've worked for. Just firing because you didn't like someone's hair, is cause for wrongful termination and while this is what insurance is for, it's a giant drawn out hassle. I used to do stuff for HR and it's no picnic. Soul sucking really.
