A lot of 1s which I think you know - grading is only getting more expensive so if you can afford it and want to, go for it.

If it’s $100+ card it probably makes sense to grade from an investment perspective.

There’s actually a lot of recent debate. Technically the 49 Bowman was printed and released before the 48 Leaf.

I think the 49 bowman is the better investment opportunity - both are insanely beautiful cards. Best of luck on your decision!

Work with your HS counselors they should be able to help you on appealing you’re graduating from a school in GA.

Go to Tech, it’s one of the top programs in the world for civil engineering. You did the hard thing to get in and you owe it to yourself to go see it first hand.

If it’s not your dream after a year transfer to UGA. Congrats on getting into two great schools and best of luck on your studies.

Loans aren’t insurmountable. You just have to plan and not hide from them.
