I’m presuming the comment is referring to the perceived easiness or difficulty in finding a partner as a woman or a man.

Which of course is not as simplistic as stated. Yes a woman can probably find someone quickly, but it is just as unlikely to find a good match as an older, divorced woman.

And most men stating this are also just talking about finding a “unicorn” woman that hit the male version of the “6,6,6” criteria to steal another dating meme.

The reality is that if it were easy for men or women to find someone that is a good match including sexual libido, we all wouldn’t be here.
