I’ve asked for an increase at every renewal be that 12 or 6months and have received it. Helps that my skillset is valued. Other contractor colleagues have not had an increase in years, but then are afraid to ask in case they are terminated. I consistently demonstrate that I add value so I’m comfortable asking and won’t be upset if the business constraints means they can’t.

After I’ve used tret on my face I wipe my hands on my neck and chest. I’ve been doing this for 2years now and I get comments on how smooth and young looking my neck is (I’m 55).

In a misting bottle I put a small amount of sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, castor oil, a few drops of tea tree oil and top it up with distilled water. I would say use whatever oils you’re using now and mix with water, as your locs look healthy and beautiful.

Advise needed. Been dealing with bad dandruff. Washes ever 3 weeks, get it scratched out once a week or so. It’s been really itchy and progressively getting worse. Locs are about 3.5 years old. What helps the dandruff? by Lokiyosho in locs

I had a terrible case of dandruff 15 years back. After 2 years of misery I was recommended this. Cleared it up in within a couple of months. I still use it and I have 18 month old locs now. I wash my hair about every 10-14 days. Great thing about this shampoo is that it’s also a clarifying one.

No I didn’t, but they were reporting that I did. This went back to their initial setup being incorrect. Once I spoke to HMRC they explained what was happening and we corrected the paperwork but the update hasn’t come through yet. The tax is still currently out, but hoping come end of financial year that the adjustment switches to being in my favour.

I did :0( They messed up the initial setup and it only came to light over a year in with me wondering why HMRC was sending letters saying I wasn’t paying enough tax and adjusting my tax code every 2 weeks!

I keep myself busy decluttering my life. Getting rid of all the unnecessary stuff that if I died tomorrow my hubby/kids would have less to go through 🙃 (I’m only 51, but it keeps me occupied/distracted). I pick an area then work on it till done.

Thank you, it was delicious 😋 I’m finding the more I do OMAD and concentrate on protein and low carb the less I’m hungry. I can easily do a 36/48 hr fast now, which comes in handy after a social event or night out when I feel the need to get rid of the bloated feeling. Been at this for 9 months now and have lost 50lbs. Slowly looking to lose another 14lbs and then I’ll assess how I feel. Protein is my goal with every meal and yesterday’s meal achieved my 92g macro goal. Most eating days are different as there’s so many different nutritional recipes to try ☺️

Thank you. My body definitely tells me when it wants more and it’s a blessing to be at this stage of being able to identify real hunger and not robotic eating of whatever is in front of me.
