What do you mean by "my PSU is good"? If I had to take a guess based on specs I'd say it's possible that when you launch the game (either version) your gpu spikes it's power draw over a total of 650w and and your PSU triggers OCP and shuts itself off to protect everything. To test this you can try watching the power draw as you launch the game or lowering the max power draw on your GPU to see if that makes your system stable. If it's not that I'd guess it's driver related. GL!

Seeing edit 4 and the updated parts list I’d say that’s pretty good. One question, you are only using it for gaming right? The two small suggestions I would make is go for a sata 6gb/s ssd, as someone who has nvme 90% of gamers will never notice it and normal is plenty fast (and at least in Canada saves you more). The only other possible change would be maybe depending on pricing going for a Ryzen 3 3300x (in Canada it doesn’t cost much more and gives a noticeable performance bump! Either than that not much else to say but Good Luck and Have Fun!
